Users may participate and post reviews, comments, and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information (“User Submissions”) at EvermoreStud.io so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content you submit. Evermore Enterprises reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material you hereby grant Evermore Enterprises an irrevocable worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable, transferable and perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the EvermoreStud.io Website, features, Website Extensions, and any other use for Evermore Enterprises’ (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the EvermoreStud.io Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels and technologies now known or will be developed or known in the future.
In addition, you grant Evermore Enterprises the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is to the best of your knowledge accurate; and that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy. You may access EvermoreStud.io Content only as permitted under this Agreement. Evermore Enterprises reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the EvermoreStud.io Content and the EvermoreStud.io Service.
In connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant Evermore Enterprises all of the license rights granted herein. You further agree that you will not, in connection with User Submissions, submit material that is contrary to the EvermoreStud.io Community Guidelines outlined below, which may be updated from time to time, or contrary to applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Content other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of content of third parties obtained through the Website for any commercial purposes. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the EvermoreStud.io Website or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the EvermoreStud.io Website or the Content therein.
You understand that when using the EvermoreStud.io Website, you will be exposed to User Submissions from a variety of sources, and that Evermore Enterprises is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, or safety of or relating to such User Submissions. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, objectionable, offensive, or indecent, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Evermore Enterprises with respect thereto, and agree to indemnify and hold Evermore Enterprises, its Owners/Operators, affiliates, and/or licensors, harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the site.
Evermore Enterprises does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and Evermore Enterprises expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. Evermore Enterprises reserves the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice.
